FAQ – Getting Started with Your Tasbeeh Smart Ring
Q: My ring isn’t turning on — what do I do first?
A: Make sure your ring is fully charged. Plug it into the charger and allow it to charge for at least 30–60 minutes before trying to turn it on.
Q: How do I connect my ring to the app?
A: Scan the QR code on the back of the box (available on iOS & Android).
Once your ring is charged, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your ring via Bluetooth.
Q: The ring is not responding even after pairing.
A: After pairing, make sure your ring’s firmware/software is updated to the latest version through the app.
Outdated software may prevent some features from working properly.
Q: My ring still isn’t working. What do I do?
A: Double-check the following:
- It’s fully charged
- It’s paired with the app
- Firmware is updated
